15-Day Return & Refund Policy

1. 15-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

You may initiate a return within 15 days from the verified date of courier delivery. Once received and authenticated at our Surat atelier, a 100% full refund will be processed directly to your original payment method or bank account.

Returned items must be in brand-new, unworn condition with intact security tags, tamper seals, original presentation boxes, and laboratory diamond certificates (IGI / GIA / SGL).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for standard 15-day refund:

• Custom-designed bespoke jewelry created from custom CAD briefs or personalized laser engravings (eligible for lifetime exchange).
• Products showing visible signs of wear, surface scratches, alteration, or external resizing by unauthorized jewelers.
• Items returned missing their original laboratory grading certificates or tamper security seals.

3. Refund Processing & Insured Return Pickup

We arrange complimentary insured reverse courier pickup straight from your doorstep. Once our gemologists authenticate the returned jewel, your refund will be credited within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment card, UPI ID, or designated bank account.
