1. Atelier Fine Jewelry Standards
Elvenya guarantees that all solid gold creations are crafted from solid precious metals hallmarked by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) in 14K (585) or 18K (750) purity, and all silver pieces are authentic 925 stamped sterling silver. Center diamonds are independently authenticated by accredited gemological laboratories (IGI, GIA, or SGL).
2. Pricing & Precious Metal Market Rates
Jewelry prices reflect prevailing bullion and fine diamond market values. While we endeavor to ensure 100% pricing accuracy, we reserve the right to correct typographical pricing discrepancies or update metal matrix calculations prior to final order confirmation.
3. Bespoke Craftsmanship & Intellectual Property
All jewelry silhouettes, 3D configurator models, photography, CAD files, and proprietary interface software are the exclusive intellectual property of Elvenya. Unauthorized commercial reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
